Are you trying to find Tuscany Parts or do you have a warranty claim? Well you’re at the right place. Fill out the info on this online form for us to better assist you. Please note that all return emails will come from email@example.com and may end up in your spam folder.
Tuscany does not sell parts to the public at this time. All parts must have a Tuscany Vehicle attached to the order. If you’re upgrading a Tuscany vehicle with new parts or replacing damage parts from an accident make sure you provide the VIN number when ordering.
All new Tuscany Vehicles are back by a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. If you have already made a warranty claim and are looking to check the status, do not fill out the form. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description with the VIN and a name and number.
Tuscany’s warranty covers defective parts installed by Tuscany that are sold by authorized new car dealer. Our vehicle can have service work done at any GM dealership in the United States.
Does Not Cover
Tuscany warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on tires.
Tuscany warranty does not cover broken parts due to Off-Road usage.
